Jatamansi is a calming herb in Ayurvedic tradition that is similar in action to Bacopa Monnieri. It has shown in research to have anticonvulsive, antistress, and antiepilepttic properties. Additionally it supposedly as cognitive enhancing abilities. Jatamansi is still in early stages of research.
